Deposit:
In order to guarantee your reservation a credit card number with its name
older and expiry date is needed. The Woodlands Hotel & Resort cancellation
policy is to charge 1 penalty night if the cancellation notice is advised
less than 10 days prior to the arrival date (For the period December 19th
to January 10th Deposit and Payment are non-refundable).
Family plan:
The extra bed is free of charge for child under 12 years old staying in
the same room as parents. Baby cot is also available free of charge.
